手机QQ利用软件进行备份例如微痕迹

1.找到以QQ号命名的文件夹
QQ的聊天记录正常情况下都是保存在以我们QQ号为命名的文件夹目录下，我们只需要找到卸载或者重装之前的那个以QQ号码为名的文件夹，再将这个文件夹放入新安装的QQ目录就相当于将聊天记录导入了QQ。
2．做好备份工作
有条件的朋友可以将QQ目录下存放聊天记录的文件夹上传到自己的云盘或者放在移动硬盘等以作备份，而如果是超级会员的话则可以开启聊天记录漫游，这些都是有效的备份方式。
3.借助软件进行恢复
那么这里肯定有人会问，如果我没有进行备份的话是不是就不能恢复数据了呢？其实我们还可以通过“强力苹果恢复精灵”对聊天记录进行恢复，如果是安卓或者PC端的话可以使用“强力安卓恢复精灵”或“强力数据恢复软件”。

4.超级会员恢复
